Untersuchung bei Fachkonferenz AsiaCCS 2025 vorgestellt

Studierende der Technischen Universität Darmstadt haben gemeinsam mit CROSSING-Sprecher Prof. Marc Fischlin zwei von Google entwickelte Übertragungsprotokolle untersucht, die in Rechenzentren für die sichere Datenübertragung eingesetzt werden. Ihre Ergebnisse wurden im August auf der internationalen Fachkonferenz AsiaCCS 2025 in Hanoi, Vietnam, vorgestellt.

This week, Cryptoplexity researchers presented two papers at the 32nd Selected Areas in Cryptography conference (SAC 2025) in Toronto that address these questions from different perspectives: One refining how we measure key strength when randomness is imperfect, the other exposing why isogeny-based designs for identity-based encryption fall short.

From June 23 to 26, 2025, the 23rd International Conference on Applied Cryptography and Network Security (ACNS) brought together leading experts in cryptography, cybersecurity, and privacy in Munich. Professor Marc Fischlin served as one of the PC chairs.

Doctoral Student Receives Paper Award at PQCrypto 2025

Doctoral student Barbara Benedikt from the research group Cryptography and Cryptoplexity Theory of Professor Marc Fischlin (TU Darmstadt) has been honoured with the recognition of “Best Young Researcher Paper” at the International Conference on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQCrypto) 2025. The award was presented during the conference, which took place from 8th – 10th April 2025 at Academia Sinica in Taipei, Taiwan.
